It is essential to modify a fitness training program according to an individual's training level to prevent injury and maximize results. A program tailored to one's fitness level can ensure proper progression, prevent overtraining, and allow for effective recovery.

How Long Are the Workouts?

Each workout (session) is approximately 60 minutes

How do I prepare for my first workout?

All you need to do is dress ready to workout and bring a water to stay hydrated. We always recommend 10-20 ounces of fluid for every 15 minutes of training. Aim to bring 32-50 ounces of fluid for the workout.

What is I am just starting (or restarting)?

One of the most important part of a great program is making you feel comfortable and knowing your coach will know exactly how to modify your workout to your current ability. You can rest assured that we have your back!

Can I try a workout if I am not a client?

Absolutely. We welcome all first time guest to come in and try a complimentary session. Click the FIRST WORKOUT button to access your free workout.

Adult groups at MBSC are designed to help you move better and feel healthier than ever before. Each program is modified for your training level. Our program and our community will motivate and encourage you. Remember, MBSC is not just for athletes! 50% of our clients are adults.

Adult groups are available from two to three times a week depending on your needs and availability. Each program is led from start to finish by a coach who will serve as your guide and motivation throughout the hour. The session begins with soft tissue work and movement quality with an emphasis on active stretching and muscle activation. A dynamic warmup into a plyometric circuit concludes the warmup and then we hit the training floor for three strength circuits incorporating multiplanar movements to ensure well-rounded strength. You will always finish the hour with heart-healthy conditioning which can be anything from pushing sleds, to riding bikes, to treadmill runs.
